  • Step 1: Tell us what you need

    Submit an inquiry or call us directly.

    We confirm quantities, timelines, artwork, and logistics. Logo ready? Perfect. Need design help? Our in-house artist will work with you to create your vision.

  • STEP 2: Approve proof

    You’ll receive a digital proof within 24–48 hours. Once approved, production begins.

    Standard turnaround is about two weeks.

  • Step 3: Pay after delivery*

    We invoice once the product is delivered and you’re satisfied.

    *Deposits may apply for certain first-time customers, excluding camps and schools.
