One event. Three jobs for your merchandise.

Give people a reason to remember you.

Start the conversation

Useful, easy-to-carry giveaways: pens, notebooks, stickers, totes, lanyards and drinkware. Choose for the audience you want to meet and the way you’ll hand them out.

Bring the team together

Branded polos, T-shirts, quarter-zips and hats help attendees recognize your staff. We’ll work through sizing, decoration and the look you want.

Finish the setup

Table covers, banners, bags, awards and thank-you gifts. Share your full list so the colors, artwork and delivery plan can be considered together.

A clear path from idea to event day.

1. Share the brief

Send the event date, delivery location, quantities, budget and logo. Tell us if items are for all attendees, qualified booth visitors, staff or VIPs.

2. Compare and approve

We’ll discuss product choices, decoration and pricing. Check your artwork proof and order details before production starts.

3. Confirm the handoff

Agree on the in-hand date and delivery arrangements. For venue deliveries, share receiving windows, labeling rules and the receiving contact.

Start with your event. We’ll help with the products.

You don’t need a finished shopping list. A date, audience and rough quantity give us a useful starting point.

The event buyer’s field guide

Three decisions to make before ordering.

Budget · Timeline · Quantity

For help matching the item to your audience, read our guide to choosing trade show giveaways.

How to choose trade show giveaways by budget

Start with your total merchandise budget and separate staff gear, booth materials and shipping from giveaway spending. Divide the remaining giveaway budget by the number of people you intend to reach. That gives you a planning allowance per recipient, not a final product quote.

For example, a hypothetical $2,000 giveaway allowance for 400 recipients leaves $5 per recipient before any costs not already accounted for. Ask whether decoration, setup, freight and applicable tax are included before comparing prices.

Consider one practical handout for general booth visitors and a smaller batch of more substantial gifts for scheduled meetings. Pens, stickers and notebooks may fit different budgets than drinkware or bags; final costs depend on the specific item, quantity and decoration.

When to order event merchandise

Work backward from the date merchandise must be in your hands, which may be earlier than the event itself. Leave time for product selection, stock checks, artwork revisions, approval, production and transport.

  1. Confirm the venue’s delivery rules and your receiving contact.
  2. Choose products and check availability before announcing the giveaway.
  3. Approve the quote, artwork, sizes and delivery details.
  4. Build in time to inspect and pack the order before the event.

Production and transit vary by item. If your deadline is close, tell us immediately so we can check feasible options. A rush request is subject to confirmation, not an automatic delivery guarantee.

How many giveaways should you order?

Use your expected booth conversations, not total show attendance. Start with your staffing, event hours, scheduled meetings and prior booth traffic. Decide whether every visitor gets an item or only people who complete a demo or meeting.

A planning example: two staff members each having six conversations an hour over five hours suggests 60 conversations a day. For a two-day event, that is 120 conversations before adjusting for breaks, repeat visitors and other duties. This is an example, not a forecast for your booth.

Count staff apparel separately using confirmed sizes. Add any agreed reserve for late additions and note who will use leftovers. Keeping the design useful beyond a single event date can make remaining stock easier to reuse.

Questions before you commit?

Can you handle apparel and giveaways in the same project?

Yes. Share the full list, quantities and deadline so we can coordinate product sourcing, artwork and delivery planning.

What are the minimum quantities?

Minimums depend on the product and decoration method. Tell us your intended quantity and we’ll discuss suitable options before quoting.

Can you help if we only have a logo or rough idea?

Yes. Share your logo, audience and brand direction. We can help with design and product selection; you approve artwork before production.

Can you deliver directly to an event?

Share the venue address, receiving window and labeling requirements. We’ll confirm whether the requested delivery arrangement works for your order.

Are you also able to supply race merchandise?

Yes. For participant shirts, awards and race-day products, visit our races and running events page.

What’s on your event calendar?

Tell us what you’re planning. We’ll help turn it into a merchandise brief.
