FAQ
When should we order for next summer? Artwork and orders locked between November and February make for the calmest spring. We'll build the schedule backward from your staff-week date either way.
Do you have minimums? They vary by product, and camp orders come in every size: a few dozen staff shirts or a few thousand session tees. Tell us what you need and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Can you help with the design? Yes. Send whatever you have, from finished art to a rough idea, and our design side takes it from there. You approve a proof before anything prints.
How does the free online camp store work? We build the store around your camp's logo and colors, run it, print each order, and ship direct to families. No inventory at camp, no cost to the camp, and the camp earns on every sale.
Can you ship to camp, or does it all come to our office? Either, or both. Winter orders often go to the office, summer reorders straight to camp, and store orders ship direct to each family.
Can we reorder mid-summer if something sells out? Yes. Proofs are already approved by then, so reorders move fast. Call Kenny, tell him what's running low.
