Do you provide design help if I only have an idea and no finished artwork?

Yes. Our in-house artist takes rough ideas, sketches, or a plain description and turns them into finished designs. You get free digital mockups on real products within 24 to 48 hours, with no commitment.

Can you put one logo on many different products?

Yes. One logo file is all we need to produce custom shirts, hoodies, hats, bags, totes, tablecloths, towels, drinkware, blankets, notebooks, stickers, engraved awards, and more, all matched to your brand.

Do I have to order huge quantities?

No. We regularly produce small runs for client events, callback gifts, welcome kits, and staff exclusives. Tell us the headcount and we build around it.

How fast can you turn around an order for an event or tournament?

Digital proofs come back in 24 to 48 hours, and standard production runs about two weeks door to door. If your event is closer than that, call us; rush orders are a regular part of our week.

How does payment work?

Most customers are invoiced after delivery, once they are satisfied. Deposits may apply for certain first-time customers, excluding camps and schools.
